Introduction

These Terms of Service govern the use of the On Cue Logistics website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

On Cue Logistics is a technology-driven event logistics and distribution company providing packaging, sorting, coordination, and delivery services for eventrelated materials including Aso Ebi fabrics, invitation packages, and corporate gifting boxes.

We are not manufacturers or sellers of fabrics or event merchandise unless expressly stated in writing.

Nature of Service

On Cue Logistics provides:

  • Guest data collection and coordination systems

  • RSVP management tools

  • Packaging, boxing, labelling, and sorting

  • Bulk distribution and route-optimized delivery

  • Delivery confirmation with signature and photographic evidence

  • Optional storage services

We act strictly as a logistics and distribution service provider.

User Accounts & Data Upload

Event owners are responsible for:

  • Uploading accurate guest information

  • Ensuring consent has been obtained from guests before submitting their personal data

  • Verifying accuracy of delivery addresses and contact details

On Cue Logistics shall not be liable for failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Client.

Payments

All dispatch services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deliveries will not be completed without payment confirmation. Payments may be processed through Paystack or other approved channels.

Where guests make payments for Aso Ebi or related items:

  • On Cue Logistics acts as a logistics facilitator.

  • The Event Owner remains solely responsible for the quality, availability, and accuracy of the goods described.

  • Delivery fees are separate from the cost of goods.

All service fees are payable before execution of services.

Minimum Engagement Requirement

Our services are available for a minimum of sixty (60) recipients per event engagement.

Client Responsibilities

The Client must provide accurate pickup and delivery details, ensure items are properly packaged, and disclose fragile or high-value goods. On-Cue Logistics is not liable for delays caused by incorrect information.

Delivery Terms

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Delivery schedules are determined and communicated by On Cue Logistics.

  • Recipients must be available at the scheduled delivery time.

  • Signature and photographic confirmation are required upon delivery.

Where delivery fails due to recipient unavailability, refusal, or incorrect address, additional delivery charges shall apply.

Limitation of Liability

On Cue Logistics shall not be liable for:

  • Fabric defects or product dissatisfaction

  • Incorrect sizing or selection made by guests

  • Event cancellations after services have commenced

  • Delays caused by events beyond reasonable control such as traffic incidents, weather or natural disasters, government restrictions, security conditions, or force majeure.

Liability for proven negligence shall not exceed the delivery fee applicable to the affected package.

Intellectual Property

All website content, system architecture, delivery coordination tools, and branding are the intellectual property of On Cue Logistics and may not be reproduced without written consent.

Cancellation

Cancellations before dispatch may attract a processing fee. Cancellations after dispatch may attract full or partial charges.

Prohibited Items

On-Cue Logistics does not transport illegal, hazardous, flammable, or prohibited items.

Loss or Damage

Goods are transported at the Client’s risk unless insured. Liability is limited to the declared value of goods or a compensation cap, whichever is lower. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with adequate evidence.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
