Refund & Cancellation Policy

Policy Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which On-Cue Logistics processes cancellations and refunds for dispatch and logistics services.

Service Fees

All service activation fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.

Services are considered commenced upon:

  • Guest data upload

  • System Activation

  • Packaging preparation

  • Logistics Planning

Packaging Fees

Once boxing and customization have begun, packaging fees are nonrefundable.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees become non-refundable once:

  • Delivery scheduling has been finalized; or

  • Distribution has commenced

Guest Payments

Refunds relating to Aso Ebi or event merchandise remain the sole responsibility of the Event Owner. On Cue Logistics is not liable for disputes relating to product quality or product dissatisfaction.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

Clients may cancel a booking before a rider has been assigned or dispatched.

A small administrative fee may apply to cover processing costs.

Cancellation After Dispatch

If cancellation occurs after a rider has been dispatched, the Client may be charged:

  • A partial service fee based on distance covered

  • Or the full dispatch fee if delivery is near completion

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to recipient unavailability or incorrect details provided by the Client, additional redelivery charges may apply.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • Service not rendered

  • Double payment confirmed

  • Operational failure caused solely by On-Cue Logistics

Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or factors beyond company control.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

Bulk & Event Services

For Aso-Ebi distribution or bulk event logistics, cancellations made less than 48hours before scheduled dispatch may attract cancellation penalties.

Insurance Claims

Where insurance was purchased, claims for damaged or lost goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Force Majeure

On-Cue Logistics shall not be liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government restrictions.

Policy Changes

On-Cue Logistics reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Revised versions will be communicated through official channels.
